The Aesthetics of Sustainable Gin: Recycled Materials and an Apulian Soul
Puntamari was born from a deep inspiration, where the sun rises first in Italy: the Punta Palascìa lighthouse. But our mission is not only to celebrate the beauty of Salento through an outstanding London Dry; it is to protect the integrity of this land. We believe that true contemporary luxury lies in respect, and that aesthetics must always go hand in hand with ethics.
Ethical Packaging: Post-Consumer Glass and Recycled Paper
The choice of our bottle is no accident. For Puntamari we chose only 100% post-consumer recycled glass. This gives the glass a natural, almost watery tint that recalls the clear waters of the Adriatic and Ionian seas meeting at Otranto. Every bottle is unique, carrying a story of recovery and a new life.
We didn't stop at the glass. For our labels we use 100% recycled paper with natural glues, making sure every element of our packaging meets the standards of a premium sustainable Italian gin. The natural cork stopper completes a design that rejects the superfluous and embraces the essential.
Beyond the Bottle: A Plastic-Free Gin from Puglia
Reducing environmental impact means looking where others don't. Puntamari is a fully plastic-free project: we have removed every plastic component from our packaging chain, preferring materials the earth can reabsorb or that can be regenerated endlessly.
Choosing a sustainable gin from Puglia also means supporting the rebirth of a wounded landscape. Part of the proceeds from every bottle goes to protecting and replanting Salento's olive trees, struck by Xylella, to bring hope and green back to a land that gives us its most precious botanicals.

Why Choose a Sustainable Mediterranean Gin?
Conscious consumers look not only for taste but for origin and impact. Distilled in small batches in a copper still under the expert guidance of Master Distiller Angelo Panegos, Puntamari embodies the excellence of Italian handcrafted gin. Every sip is a journey through rosehip, myrtle and Mediterranean citrus, with the certainty of supporting a company that puts the environment first.
